It proceeds marvellously. Frau Materna and Herr Niemann have arrived. — Visit from the Lord Chamberlain, Count Castell; it affords me a certain satisfaction that Richter, the proscribed man in Munich, should be the very one obliged to procure the Count admission to the theatre.
